Shipping and Handling
Shipping Costs: Charges for shipping are calculated based on the total value of your order. Large or heavy items may carry an additional fee. In some cases, this cost may not be determined until the order is being prepared for shipment.
If shipping charges increase, you will be notified prior to billing and dispatch.
Shipping Method: Orders within the continental U.S. are usually shipped via UPS Ground or the U.S. Postal Service. Additional charges apply for orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Delivery Time: For items in stock, please allow 4–10 business days for delivery within the continental U.S. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or other countries will require additional time.
Combined Shipments: Whenever possible, all items in your order will be shipped together.
Returns and Exchanges
General Policy: Returns must be made within 30 days from the original shipment date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all manuals and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A copy of the packing slip should be included with the return.
Initial shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All returns must be pre-approved and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted before issuing credit to the original payment method.
Wrong Item: If you received the wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost and cover all additional shipping charges.
Wrong Size: Exchanges for size differences will be processed at no restocking fee. However, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Customer Order Error: If the incorrect item was ordered by mistake, it may be exchanged for another product without a restocking fee. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original purchase.
Return Instructions: Ship prepaid using UPS or U.S. Mail, insure the package for the full value of the item, and use the original packaging when possible. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Procedure: Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip along with clear instructions for return or exchange.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on in-state orders as required by law.
Payment Methods
Orders are accepted only through a secure online order form. Major credit cards are accepted, and all transactions are verified for your protection.
Backordered Items
Notification: If an item is on backorder, you will be notified by email. For shipments delayed more than 30 days, you will be contacted and given the option to cancel.
Order Priority: Backorders will be filled before new orders once the product becomes available.
